Dermatofibroma

**Definition:** A common benign skin tumour which presents as a firm dermal papule or nodule, most commonly on the lower limbs. Histologically it is characterised by coarse, haphazardly arranged collagen bundles and a variable cellular infiltrate including fibrocytes.
