Laevocardia

**Definition:** A congenital cardiovascular finding in which the heart is predominantly to the left of the thoracic midline.

**Long definition:** This is independent of the orientation of the cardiac apex. This is a normal finding and should be coded only in the context of complex congenital heart disease.
