**Definition:** A congenital cardiovascular malformation that is a variant of tetralogy of Fallot in which there is no direct communication between the right ventricle and the pulmonary arterial tree.

**Exclusions:** - Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary atresia and systemic-to-pulmonary collateral artery
