Megacystis-megaureter

**Definition:** Megacystic-megaureter syndrome describes the presence of a massive primary non-obstructive vesicoureteral reflux and a large capacity, smooth, thin walled bladder due to the continual recycling of refluxed urine. Recurrent urinary infections are commonly associated with this condition.
