CCS-GEN-001 covers tools, methods and frameworks that enable computing systems to interoperate across diverse platforms, devices or environments. It includes middleware, APIs, virtualization, distributed runtimes and other techniques that facilitate seamless sharing of data, resources and functionality between heterogeneous computing resources.
