Infrastructure Finance and Investment Funds

FI-IF designates Infrastructure Finance and Investment Funds, which are pooled-capital vehicles that provide debt, equity or hybrid financing for the development, upgrade and operation of physical assets such as transport, energy, water and social infrastructure. These funds channel private and institutional investment into projects that address long-term infrastructure needs and often involve public-private partnership arrangements.
