Health Financing

HE-HF denotes the health financing sub-sector in the Asian Development Bank's classification. It covers policies, programs and investments that raise, pool, allocate and manage financial resources for health services, including insurance schemes, budgeting, cost-recovery mechanisms and financial-reform initiatives.
