The entry AL in the EU 14 Major Food Allergens listing identifies the set of allergens that must be highlighted on packaged foods under EU labeling law. It covers the fourteen priority allergens-cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and other sulfiting agents, and celery.
