Retail - Residential Mortgage

IRB-RET identifies the retail exposure category for residential mortgage loans in the Basel III/IV internal-ratings-based framework. It applies to credit facilities secured by private dwellings, whether owner-occupied or rental, and defines the risk-weighting and capital charge rules specific to these mortgage assets.
