SA-CRET designates Income-Producing Real Estate, a credit-risk exposure category in the Basel III/IV framework that covers owned or financed properties generating rental or lease income, such as office, retail, industrial or residential assets. These exposures are subject to specific risk-weighting rules reflecting the cash-flow stability and market liquidity of the underlying real estate.
