Other Assets

SA-OTH identifies "Other Assets" that are not captured by the standard exposure categories in the Basel III/IV framework. These are residual or miscellaneous items such as cash, accrued interest or other non-risk-weighted holdings, and they typically receive a zero risk weight unless a specific rule assigns a different treatment.
