SA-RRET denotes the regulatory retail exposure category under the Basel III/IV classification (BCBS 189/424). It groups credit exposures that are broadly retail in nature, such as consumer loans, credit-card balances, small-business lending and other low-granularity retail assets, which are assessed using the standardised approach for risk-weight calculations. This category informs banks' capital requirement reporting and supervisory monitoring.
