Subpart B - Prohibitions

Subpart B of CFR Title 49, Part 382 enumerates the prohibitions that apply to the transportation of hazardous materials, specifying which substances may not be offered for transport, loaded, or moved unless they meet strict packaging, labeling, and handling requirements, and detailing bans on certain explosives, radioactive materials and other high-risk items.
