Section 390.15 - Assistance in investigations and special studies

Section 390.15 requires motor carriers to cooperate with the Department of Transportation by providing assistance in investigations, emergencies, and special studies. Carriers must supply records, data, personnel, and other resources as requested to support the agency's safety and regulatory activities.
