Subpart H - Emergency Equipment

Subpart H of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations sets the minimum standards for emergency equipment required on motor carriers, including fire extinguishers, warning devices, spill-containment kits and other safety gear needed to protect personnel and the public during transport incidents.
