Section 395.24 - Driver responsibilities - ELD

Section 395.24 of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations sets out the duties of commercial motor vehicle drivers concerning electronic logging devices. It requires drivers to ensure the ELD is functional, to keep the device calibrated and the recorded data accurate, and to make the logs available to authorized officials upon request.
