The CN 06 heading covers all living trees, shrubs, perennial plants and other vegetative material intended for planting, together with bulbs, tubers, rhizomes, roots and similar propagation units. It includes whole plants and parts that can be planted directly, but excludes cut flowers, seeds and processed plant products that fall under other headings.
