Organic chemicals

The CN chapter 29 groups all organic chemicals, spanning basic substances such as acids, alcohols and amines to more complex intermediates, polymers and pharmaceutical precursors. It is used in EU customs and trade statistics to assign uniform tariff rates and monitor the movement of these chemically-derived products.
