The S07 heading covers primary plastics and rubber materials as well as finished goods made from them, including polymerized plastics, extruded or molded sheets, rods and tubes, and articles such as containers, pipes, hoses, belts, flooring and footwear components. It also includes rubber in both natural and synthetic forms and all rubber products, ranging from tyres and tubes to seals, gaskets and molded goods. This classification groups together the raw polymeric substances and their manufactured articles for customs and statistical purposes.
