S13 groups finished articles made primarily of stone, plaster, cement, ceramics, glass or glassware, covering a wide range of products such as tiles, sanitary ware, decorative objects, tableware and other household or industrial items. The classification applies to goods that have been shaped, glazed or otherwise processed, rather than raw or semi-finished materials. It is used for customs duties, trade statistics and regulatory purposes within the EU.
