Clothing and footwear

CP03 groups all household spending on garments and shoes, including everyday clothing, specialized apparel such as sportswear, protective gear, and related accessories, as well as footwear for personal use. It also covers routine repair or replacement of these items but excludes uniforms provided by an employer.
