CP09 covers household spending on leisure activities, including admission fees for movies, concerts, museums, and sporting events, as well as expenses for equipment, clothing, and accessories used for recreation, sport and cultural pursuits. It also includes payments for membership fees, subscriptions, and other services related to the participation in or enjoyment of these activities.
