Post-secondary non-tertiary education services

CP103 covers education services provided after compulsory secondary schooling that do not lead to a tertiary degree, such as vocational training, adult continuing-education courses, community-college programs, language schools and other non-degree post-secondary instruction. It includes fees for instruction, related examinations and certification, but excludes university-level degree programmes.
