CP141 records all spending by residents while they are abroad, covering transport to and within foreign destinations, accommodation, meals, entertainment, and other personal consumption items incurred during trips. It aggregates both short-term tourism expenses and longer stays such as study or work abroad, reflecting the total value of goods and services purchased outside the resident's home country.
