FRL is the NUTS 2 code for the French region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, covering the departments of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes, Alpes-Maritimes, Bouches-du-Rhône, Var and Vaucluse.
