Isole (Islands)

ITG is a first-level NUTS region in the Eurostat Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics 2021, covering Italy's island territories. It groups the autonomous regions of Sicily and Sardinia, allowing EU statistical reporting and regional policy analysis to treat the islands as a single macro-region.
