Production of heat and cool from heat pumps

OBJ1-ENE12 designates the production of heat and cooling through heat-pump systems that meet the EU Taxonomy's performance thresholds, such as a minimum coefficient of performance, and demonstrate a substantial reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions compared with conventional methods. The activity must also avoid significant harm to other environmental objectives and support the EU's climate-neutrality target.
