EF Scale

The EF Scale is the Enhanced Fujita tornado damage rating system used in the United States and Canada to estimate wind speeds from observed damage. It supersedes the original Fujita scale and assigns tornadoes a rating from EF0 to EF5, each linked to a specific wind-speed range.
