GBD Level 1 Causes

GBD is the top-level category in the Global Burden of Disease cause list, grouping all diseases and injuries into broad Level 1 cause groups such as non-communicable diseases, communicable, maternal, neonatal and nutritional disorders, and injuries. These aggregates are used worldwide to compare health loss across populations and over time.
