Article 11 - Processing which does not require identification

Article 11 of the GDPR allows member states to permit processing of personal data without requiring the data subject's identity to be verified, provided the purpose can be achieved without identification. This enables activities such as statistical analysis, research, or public interest tasks where anonymity is essential.
