Article 16 - Right to rectification

Article 16 of the GDPR gives data subjects the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Controllers must act on rectification requests promptly and inform any third parties who have received the incorrect data, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.
