Article 31 - Cooperation with the supervisory authority

Article 31 obliges data controllers and processors to cooperate with the supervisory authority on request, supplying any information, documents or access to premises needed for investigations, audits or enforcement actions, and to assist in any remedial measures required to ensure GDPR compliance.
