Article 63 - Consistency mechanism

Article 63 of the GDPR creates a consistency mechanism that lets the European Commission ensure uniform application of the regulation across Member States. It permits the Commission to adopt implementing acts, issue opinions when national supervisory authorities diverge, and refer disputes to the European Data Protection Board.
