Article 66 - Urgency procedure

Article 66 of the GDPR sets out an urgency procedure that allows the European Data Protection Board to act swiftly when a supervisory authority requests immediate measures to protect data subjects' rights. The board can issue binding decisions or recommendations within a shortened timeframe to address pressing cross-border data protection issues.
