Article 71 - Reports

Article 71 of the GDPR obliges each supervisory authority to prepare an annual report describing its activities, staffing, budget, enforcement actions and any significant developments in data-protection law, and to submit that report to the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission. The reports aim to ensure transparency, facilitate coordination among authorities and allow EU institutions to monitor the overall implementation of the regulation.
