Article 73 - Chair

Article 73 sets out the position of the chair of the European Data Protection Board, describing how the chair is appointed, their term of office and the responsibilities they carry, including representing the Board, convening meetings, ensuring the Board's work proceeds efficiently and reporting to the European Commission.
