Article 92 - Exercise of the delegation

Article 92 sets out the rules for how the European Commission may exercise delegation of powers under the GDPR, specifying the circumstances, procedures and limits for delegating tasks to other bodies, and requiring that any delegated act be subject to appropriate oversight and possible review.
