Code 10 of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers unprocessed cereals such as wheat, rice, maize, barley, oats, rye, millet, sorghum and other grain crops intended for food, feed or industrial use, and excludes any cereal products that have been milled, roasted, cooked, or otherwise processed.
