Plastics and Articles Thereof

Entry 39 of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers all plastic materials in primary forms-such as sheets, plates, rods, tubes and films-as well as manufactured plastic items, including containers, fittings, and assembled products, regardless of their specific use. It groups together both raw polymer products and finished goods made wholly or partly of plastics for customs and tariff purposes.
