Category 45 in the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers natural cork harvested from the bark of the cork oak and all manufactured items made primarily of cork, such as stoppers, plugs, gaskets, flooring tiles, insulation panels and similar articles. This heading includes both raw cork and finished products that retain the material's characteristic compressibility and elasticity.
