Cotton

In the HTSUS, chapter 52 designates cotton, covering raw unmanufactured cotton, cotton lint and certain intermediate products such as yarn and fabrics, but excluding cotton waste and specific textile articles. The chapter is used to assess duties on imported cotton and related goods.
