Code 59 covers textile fabrics that have been impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with substances such as plastics, rubber, resin, metal or other materials to give the material new properties like waterproofing, strength or insulation, and includes both single-layer treated fabrics and multi-layer laminated constructions.
