Headgear and Parts Thereof

Chapter 65 of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers headgear and its components, including hats, caps, helmets, and related accessories such as liners, brims, and decorative elements, as well as any parts used in their manufacture or repair. It excludes protective equipment specifically designed for safety use, which is classified elsewhere.
