Code 67 of the United States Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifies goods made from prepared feathers and down, such as cushions, bedding or apparel, together with artificial flowers and articles fashioned from human hair like wigs, hair extensions and hairpieces. These items are grouped for customs duty assessment.
