Articles of Stone, Plaster, Cement, Asbestos, Mica

Chapter XIII of the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule covers finished articles made primarily of stone, plaster, cement, asbestos or mica, including tiles, pipes, building blocks, decorative items and other manufactured products derived from these materials. These goods are classified separately from raw minerals and are subject to specific duty rates based on their form and use.
