**Inclusion terms:** - Benign neoplasm of epiglottis, anterior aspect - Benign neoplasm of tonsillar fossa - Benign neoplasm of tonsillar pillars - Benign neoplasm of vallecula

**Excludes1:** - benign neoplasm of epiglottis NOS (D14.1) - benign neoplasm of epiglottis, suprahyoid portion (D14.1)
