**Inclusion terms:** - Defective biosynthesis of testicular androgen NOS - 5-delta-Reductase deficiency (with male pseudohermaphroditism) - Testicular hypogonadism NOS

**Excludes1:** - postprocedural testicular hypofunction (E89.5)
