**Excludes1:** - shoplifting as the reason for observation for suspected mental disorder (Z03.8)

**Excludes2:** - depressive disorder with stealing (F31-F33) - stealing due to underlying mental condition-code to mental condition - stealing in mental disorders due to known physiological condition (F01-F09)
