Recurrent and persistent hematuria with diffuse mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis

**Inclusion terms:** - Recurrent and persistent hematuria with membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, types 1 and 3, or NOS

**Excludes1:** - Recurrent and persistent hematuria with C3 glomerulonephritis (N02.A) - Recurrent and persistent hematuria with C3 glomerulopathy (N02.A)
