**Inclusion terms:** - Nephrotic syndrome with membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, types 1 and 3, or NOS

**Excludes1:** - Nephrotic syndrome with C3 glomerulonephritis (N04.A) - Nephrotic syndrome with C3 glomerulopathy (N04.A)
